Something is not right with the time

I think he may be refering to this said by his NA........Time to end is 0.7 hrs.............which is 3/4 of an hour ( or allfull close to it ). But that should be the answer to where ever he requested the trip end which is not listed in either pic.

OOHH here it is:

At the bottom of first pic it says.............January 1, 1943 Local time: 22:20 ( or 10:20 P.M. ) and to the right of that it says P 11:20 which should be 23:20 (11:20 P.M. ) which is the subs home time. Thats a bug but can be lived with and easly straightened out.
