I've been playing SH3 on and off since it came out but i have never gotten really good at it so i still concider myself a newbie. The last couple of days i have really gotten into it but i have a few issues i need to get over before i can go on those 100k runs...

The first issue is keeping deep. I was hunted by two DDs and tried to hide on the seabed but as soon as my speed dropped below 2 or 3 knots my boat got buoyant (does it spell like that) and started floating upwards. The same when i was lurking at periscope deapth, waiting for a convoy to get into the shooting angle. All of a sudden half my conning tower was above sea level and the DDs started blasting away. Is there any way to keep the boat at a steady deapth without moving?

The other issue is not as big as the other one. I just wonder where i can see my hull integrity. I thought it was on the crew management screen but it aint there.

Im running GWX 1.02 and no other mods. Thanks in advance!
