I very much doubt it.
When I plunked my 5$ down a few weeks ago there was only one entry on the release sheet for Silent Hunter 4 and there was no indication that it was anything but the general release version.
BTW, then I checked with EB yesterday I was told that they would have it on 3/20.
Either way, it is bloody close to ComSubPac time!
