I'd be amazed if some shop in Austrailia got it before EB, CompUSA, Best Buy, Circuit City, Walmart, Target, and Gamestop in America. That'd be crazy.

EB games does not get titles before other shops. Maybe their main warehouse does but the shops sometimes get the titles on the shelf very late.
