aprox 2530 combat missions
almost 2000 ground tragets destroyed / 519 tanks, 70 assault/landing boats, 150 self propelled guns, 4 armoured trains and 800 other ground objects
9 planes shot down 2 IL-2's and 7 fighters
and he sank 4 ships 1 Battleship, 2 cruisers and a destroyer
+ he was shot down/forced to land 32 times
and several times behind enemy lines
he flew a Junkers Ju 87 (G-1) and a Fw 190 (focke-Wulf) and he got the Knight's cross with golden oak leaves, swords and diamonds
