I have a book called "Fleet Submarines," a Warship Data Special(sorry I dont have the Author(s) name(s), nor do I have the publishing info, but it tells of only one Tench class submarine actually seeing action. (The book is more of a booklet) I am at school, and I dont have the book readily available, but I will post this probably tomorrow. I also forgot the name of the boat, I think it's the Remora? Also, some of the Tench were sold to different countries, even as late as 1973.
This could be a reason that there aren't any Tench boats in SH4.

i believe the torsk made 2 patrols and the becuna made 5 both being tench class
