Can anyone explain this mystical sport?

Sure. It's a simple game that anyone can understand.
One team is in and one team is out. The team that is in must send two players out. The team that is not in will go out with them. The team that is in are not allowed to send someone in until someone else is out. When it’s your turn to be in you go out. Each team member goes in when the man before him is out. You know when you’re out because the umpire will stick his finger up at you. When you are in, you try to stay in, and the team that is out try to get you out so they can be in. When the whole team is out, the other team is allowed in. Both teams do this twice, unless one side decides to declare, in which case the team that is out is allowed back in again. This rule does not apply in the World Cup where you have to do it only once.
If it rains nobody is in, and usually the game is a draw.
