A bit off topic, but I found it kind of funny. There was a
You Don't Know Jack (trivia game) question about this...
"The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor lasted about two hours.
Pearl Harbor's attack on us lasted 3 hours and 3 minutes."
Back on topic, I'm sure it will be fine. I like ships that look dark and dingy. I'm sure repainting ships was less and less of a priority for the Japanese as the war went on.
