Well once we have gatherd some entrants if the final list is ten
I think we should hold for fiteen or twenty and vote the top
ten out of that pool
to make the pool list you must pass a criterion
and to make the final list the attack must win
by popular vote.
the list and the criterion are what we are working up here really.
