You mean to tell me it only reduces the traffic in my port? That'd be worth it if it means I can use TC more to get out of port instead of constantly getting hassled by "Ship Spotted!" or having my radar pick up stuff for longer during that later war years.
You're sure it's only traffic in player harbors?
