I tried replacing the 3 Wilhelmshaven files with stock, loaded a career in Wilhelmshaven and there were still half dozen of them, so not in these files! Schultz was correct!

The mod is by Payoff, I actually PM'd him a few days ago but have had no reply, the mod works well with stock+HT147, but not in GWX!
