Ok, I looked at Bergen.dat and it contains alot of non 3d nodes.
I haven't looked close so this is a guess at this point but,
If each node there calls on one of the dats in the library folder
that would explain how the dwellers are placed.
If that is the case,
we chop down one dat, add the one skin, and add a new node to one location dat.
After all, he should only be in one port, right?
