I am also having to forgo the Deluxe Edition of SHIV due to not being able to justify the cost of $195.00 Australian.

For us Aussies there is hope. Ubisoft Australia said that "The only way this is available locally is by chance. We did manage to grab two copies of the deluxe for Australia and are offering these through Games Warehouse. It's a bit of a lottery, I'm afraid. The winner will be chosen from all pre-orders.
