That is more than a little naive on your part bradclark1. Congress votes based on what the congressional intellegence committees tell the members. Remember the seperation of powers thing? Those committees recommended the authorization based on the same intellegence that the administration was working from. As I recall even the UN, not to mention Britain, France, Germany, and Russia all had the same intellegence. Lets try not to rewrite history shall we. |
