I try not to think of how many repetitions I can do, rather how well I do them or how much effort I put into doing them. Basically, fitness is not tangible I don't think. Just cause you can do like... 100 situps, does not mean, you are fitter than some other person, just your abdomen is stronger.
Which is one of the things I try not to do when I am at the gym that being I try not to judge people's ability on top of mine, or in plain English, I don't compare and contrast.

Very true, As long as you are giving 110% that is all you can ask of yourself.
The is always going to be someone else out there that find exersise easyer than yourself.
