If it'll run, ofcourse I will play it! Once you've seen something like The Guild series or the X-series (scifi), SH3 can be considered a perfect game out of the box. I never found any gamestopping bugs myself to be honest.
I think there are people that will wait until the first reviews are in.

do not think people that buy it, will shelve it for, say, one year. No way, but ofcourse it sounds manly
And above all, le't's wait and see before we decide on forehand that SH4 is socalled massively bugged shall we?
