Because at first there was almost no information about it on there. Maybe 2 or 3 lines and a Link to the GWX page. And I don't think that the text on wiki now warrants an entry either. It's not like anybody gets money for GWX, but all in all that article is nothing more than advertising, and I don't think that's allowed on wiki.
