It will be soon.
It's another tool that I "threw together" in a few spare hours, so there's no readme yet.
Basically I got sick and tired of looking up the "World Times" webpage, and the free stuff already available didn't appeal to me (this one runs in the system tray and can be set to silently run on startup so it's always out of the way). Clocks can be set to any valid time zone utilising any description you want.
