Now that is a very bad sign! Most likely a hardware problem, probably the power supply, mainboard or RAM. Donīt open the PC, tell Alienware to fix the problem.
It could also be an external device that causes this problem. If you have an USB hub, printer, scanner, or joystick, remove them, that maybe helps... |

I'd have to agree with Gizz on this - You have an issue, and if I'd have to take a stab at it - it's probably RAM. Make Alienware fix it.
