Now
that is a very bad sign! Most likely a hardware problem, probably the power supply, mainboard or RAM. Donīt open the PC, tell Alienware to fix the problem.
It could also be an external device that causes this problem. If you have an USB hub, printer, scanner, or joystick, remove them, that maybe helps...
