Ive had good luck at Freetown port (mid1941), limited warships lots of merchants(some with guns),tankers,and a liner.
got 8 for 58,000 last trip.
ps watch out for the sub nets on the port side of the harbour protecting the ships on that side. I just sailed right through the port to the back side and lit them up from there.
