Well, it worked for me......I think I missed rolling back SH3Commander when I loaded Dec 23rd patch, thats when I noticed the white merchants (I only saw the large merchants like that)......I'm sure the gurus on this forum will sort it out, but if nothing else works, a fresh reload might work for you too.

Top man, I uninstalled everything and scraped it off my HDD and so far no ghost ships... probably should have tried a fresh instal before posting here...
