Not a good idea. The S-boats had a fairly short range. If you're operating out of Cavite you'll likely have a 'Sugar boat', but out of Pearl you'll probably start with a Perch or Tambor. Or maybe even a Gato if your lucky.
I'm sure they'll do the same for SH4 as they did for SH3, and you'll get to choose which subron you're with, and get the boat that way. |

from Pearl Harbor I just wanted to say that I'll start right
after the attack of Pearl Harbor. But you're right: To get a S-class I would have to start from Cavite.
