Well, it worked for me......I think I missed rolling back SH3Commander when I loaded Dec 23rd patch, thats when I noticed the white merchants (I only saw the large merchants like that)......I'm sure the gurus on this forum will sort it out, but if nothing else works, a fresh reload might work for you too.
