Just a guess here. Are you trying to change the language from the "in game" options ? Because if you are, you're right they are not there. You need to change it in the options that appear in the first screen you see after you load up. The screen that offers you the Naval Acadamy, Missions, Campaign - you get the idea

yeah thats the screen im talking about the options on the main menu, when you go to options the language thing is blank and i have english only
