Everybody does have the opportunity to get the Deluxe Edition. Ubi will quite happily sell and ship it outside of Europe. The frustration lies with the extra cost assosiated in ordering the DE in this manner, especially so in light of Ubi's worldwide offices. |
Sure everybody does have the opportunity to get a DE, but to what costs? First of all people from North America or Australia have to pay an insane price and they take away the DE's from people who live in the EU. That's not fair! Why not offer the same product everywhere?!
