I didn't know, until yesterday that I could work the sonar myself, or that there was a shipping lane chart. I had known about asking the navigator to plot the max distance etc, but had not seen the significance of it in respect of fuel conservation. Each time I come on here you teach me a little more.  |
if that's the case, i suppose i'll qualify for conjuring up loogies to be applied to officers' shoes with a clean towel and vigorous motion. that is somewhere below the deck girl echelon right?
as in, how the heck do you work the sonar yourself, or find the shipping lane chart? they are not from mods are they?
