Notice the slowdown of the decrease from 2000 on, on both graphs. Would I be correct in saying that the Bush Administrations have been looser with gun control than the Clinton years? Yes, it SLOWED. IT DID NOT RISE. They are clearly still going down.

And what is a comparable country to you? England? And as the graphs showed, the crime rate is still dropping.
