This message probably means that some GWX files are changed. This can be for three reasons.
1. You edited the Cfg files yourself
2. You have some mods installed and you didn't disable them
3. You haven't rollback SH3Cmd
Try to rollback SH3Cmd and disable the mods. If after that it doesn't work I'm affraid you will need a brand new installation. |
Aww this is complete bull**** getting same error message I hate! hunting and pecking sh3 folder especially since I just went through an complete reinstall goddammit! |
As Jaesen said in a previous post if you make sure you keep your GWX installation in order you will not have problems. I edited fome cfg files some time ago as well and I had to do a proper re-installation. That doesn't mean it's Jaesen's or the installer's fault. It was a calculated risk I took when I messed with the files. That's why I always keep a clean copy of GWX on my computer. Trust me the installer, SH3Cmd and the game work perfectly. The only thing we all have to do is to enable mods with JSGME, to rollback SH3Cmd and (try at least) not to edit cfg files.
