I nominate nattydread, but he has no bio, he has no information in addition to his post about tidbits of information about submarines in WWII and I nominate him mainly because he has cheered me up in waiting for SH4. He has been a member since Jan 2004 that equals three years or 37 months. Plus I discern that he is a humble soft mannered reader of submarine books that cares about sharing the information he has acquired.
