1) Not sure, more system specs? Did you do a totally fresh install of vanilla sh3 before installing GWX.
2) I'm not sure about the 6 torpedoes. In RL a IIA had 5, but I've never played a IIA in GWX so I can't tell you.
3) Go to your main menu -> options->sound ->there shohuld be an option for German audio (but you can keep english text if you'd like)
