Jonte........graphics and sounds mods are generally not problematic PROVIDED YOU USE JSGME TO INSTALL THEM....this great piece of kit will forewarn you if there are any clashes or problems....therefore giving you the opportunity to withdraw them before any damage is done.
If however after installing there is a problem....simply rollback SH3Cmdr (highly recommended) and delete them from your mods folder
