The convoys I have encountered (it's now 41) have mostly only had light escort such as a couple of flower corvettes. Once I encountered a convoy with two "real" Destroyers. The DC'ed me quite some time but I (as usual:p ) escaped without a scratch. On my way home now, have sunk 40000 tons
