That may launch the game, but I'd imagine it certainly wouldn't make for a great gaming experience.
The minimum specs that Ubisoft lists are:
- Win2K, WinXP or Vista
- 2.0 GHz processor
- 512 MB RAM
- 100% DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics card with 128 MB RAM
- Vertex Shader 2.0 and Pixel Shader 2.0 support
- 100% DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card
