 I suspect that it is meant to compete with the Daily Show. If so then it fails badly. I would be surprised if it lasts another few months before the plug is pulled. Fox News have been doing a great deal of re-jigging of it's personnel and programming of recent. Are it's ratings falling? |
They actively marketed it as "The Daily Show For Conservatives", translates to me as "we have no new ideas". The gags were limp, relied to much on cocky self-aware schtick.
