Huh - i've tried to get my wakehomers to turn back to my sub by lauching them and then going flank. I could never seem to get it to happen....
On the other hand, in multiplayer, i've used them a bunch of times against the other player. i guess it depends on the search cone - when the torp turns around to reacquire the DD it acquires you instead. I dont' think it matters how fast you're going... |
It's probably more a case of the faster/noisier your going...the more chance there is of it locking onto you
