I find that if it doesn't appear as soon as the "She's goning down" message comes then it will never appear at all. It doesn't seem to be dependant on whether or not I happen to be watching the ship as she dies or not. Plenty of times the marker has appeared while I've been looking at the nav map. |
Sorry, I mean close enough to watch it, I dont have to be actually looking through the periscope or external view. So yeah, looking at the nav map would also be ok.
I have noticed it happen when I sail away before it goes down, then sometimes it shows sometimes it doesnt. I cant remember having it not show, if I stay in the area when it goes down.
