Williamson Ltd.,London takes over. Renamed in "Uhrenfabrik Buren AG". Now mostly production of pocketwatches. Not much interfering from London motherfirm. With big crash of 1929 H. Williamson Ltd., London goes "kaputt". Group from Switzerland and England have capital and buy firm. HQ is now in Switzerland and only name is Uhrenfabrik Buren AG. Development and production of watches. 1966 sold to Hamilton Watch Company. Hamilton Watch Company is taken over by SSIH in 1971. 1972 end of Uhrenfabrik Buren AG.
