go into \SH3\data\cfg\Careers\your_career\
open Careers.cfg & Careers_0.cfg somewere in the bottom check line "Finished=false" , must be "false", not "true" , then check Patrols.cfg & Patrols_0.cfg , for your last patrol, the line "HullIntegrity=100.000000" , must be "100.000000" , not "0.000000" works fine.
