I've given up trying to get more FPS than 9-10 in harbour with NYGM, would this card sort things up?

PNY GeForce 6200 AGP 8X 256 Mb VGA/DVI/HDTV/S-Video

My current specs are:
Motherboard: SiS745 Ultra
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) Processor, MMX, 3DNow, ~1.2GHz
Memory: 1024MB RAM
Graphic card: Geforce4 4600Ti 128MB

Or could the bottleneck be my onboard soundcard (SiS 7012 Wave)?

I think this would be the last hardware update for this rig, next step "buy new computer"!:hmm:
