I'm all for castration, I actually think the problem is inbreeding anyway. After all they all live together in their Council House Ghettos, the kind that normal people are scared to walk through, let alone live in.
In all honesty I'm sick of the way the criminal is put before the victim in this country. The judicial system is a joke and a bad one at that. I read about two foster parents who abused and used their kids as slaves the other day.
