Looks great Reese. 
One question... Does this correct the heading offset when traveling east? The other dial with ranges was off by a few degrees. Not a big deal I know but it just didn't look right and tended to throw you a curveball when viewing it... if you see what I mean. 
Anyways, this is now a nice uncluttered dial.
