copy & paste:
Doesn't seem to matter how many times you read these things you still end up with errors, although I'm not sure if this is what you mean Venatore?
If I highlight "NSS_Uboat21_shp.tga" from the readme -
copy it (^C) then highlight the file "NSS_Uboat_shp.tga",
paste over the file (^V) the result would be a file named "NSS_Uboat21_shp.tga", this is correct.
Crossed wires I think.
