You must have awful beaurocracy there, in New Zealand.  Halaf a year to get your passport... Unbelievable.
And as to the trip I'd simply go to climb some mountains... Don't you have enough after this long months spent at sea? Visiting bases?! Sounds like you were seriously ill and wanted to see your home port last time before passing away... Get your lives, Kaleuns!  |
