Lol, you don't have to stay sitting and staring at the computer for weeks on end. I run
reversa patrols. My days are their nights and vice versa. (Midnight for them is noon for me.) This works out well early in the war because you're fairly safe on the surface at night and during the day (my nights) my men can sleep and so can I. Not a big deal. Plus, it allows me to keep my time and theirs in synch, though still 12 hours out of phase, of course.
Plus, the game can run in the background, allowing me time to work.
