As of this writing, I am seeing the same thing as charlesmester. The US Amazon link still says not available and no 'button' for a pre-order. 
Hopefully, this will be corrected by Amazon in the next couple of days.  |
Yes, I see that the preoder button has disappeared. Stand by, there are 6-8 weeks before the game comes out, I'll speak to Amazon Monday.
