it came up on the threads about silent speed in GWX and most
people passing commentary advised that it is about keeping the
rpm's below a hundred to avoid detection
the way I set this up at slow speed it has an rpm count of 50 which had
the above thinking proven correct would have done it. Sad to report that
the reality of SH3 is that rpm beat just changes the rythm of the sound signature and doesnt alter detection values.

although not only faster improved surfaced and submerged horsepower
ratings have also improved accelleration curve.
