Hello again my friends,
Well I finally decided to catch up to my fellow Kaleuns and activate SH3 Commander to see what all the fuss is about.
I uninstalled my GWX and started fresh, but i require a little guidance through these treacherous waters that promise to guide me home.:hmm:

I now have SH3 +1.4 patch, GWX +dec 23rd patch, and am unsure as to how to proceed as i have read some conflicting accounts regarding this program. I have run GWX once to verify that it works properly, but did not start a mission or career of any kind. I simply tinkered with the audio options then exited the game.

The SH3 commander threads mention a variety of different files so my question to you is:

1. Could someone please tell me exactly what files and in what order must i download and install them? (Is it sufficient to DL Commander 2.7 or is this a patch for another file?)

2. I am not sure how to proceed with these config files which must be modified for SH3 Commnader to work, please explain.

2. At what point can I then go into JSGME and activate the standard mods which arrived with GWX?


I thank you for your help and await your response as it has now been almost 12 hours since i last sighted a juicy Merchant and sent her to a watery grave...
