If anyone's interested, I can send a crew file prepared by me for a IXB type of boat. Characteristics are:
- based on "realistic" template with very few changes with randomized experience,
- every officer has now one speciality and the watchman is also a DeckGunner (so no officers without any speciality and no officers with three of them),
- two petty officers dismissed as there were no free slots for them,
- all of them have randomized names (with SH3 Commander randomization mechanism), but I chose to give them... surnames that are or just sound Polish (and amazingly there were very many of them to pick among all these German surnames). So the crew is now full of "the bloody -skiis", as my English friend used to call Poles).
I just like it that way.
