Yet another n00b question I'm afraid, hope you l33t cats can help me out -
it says in the community manual it takes 50.000 tons sunk to get a promotion for a crew member. Is this for enlisted, noncom or officers? What are the exact renown/tonnage requirement for each level of crew promotion?
I also know that only the crew with the necessary experience are eligible for a given promotion. If you meet the tonnage/renown requirements, are you given as many promotions to hand out as there are crew who can receive them? Or are they linked only to tonnage/renown?
